Summary of Position:

A Customer Service Representative serves customers by providing product and service information, and may need to resolve product and/or service problems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responds promptly and courteously to all incoming phone calls.
  • Obtains accurate information from customers for multiple markets.
  • Places customers’ orders using Point Of Sale system, including item modifications and custom orders.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  • Suggests information about other products, deals or relevant changes.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, select and explain the best resolutions, expedite correction or adjustment, follow-up with customer to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 Year Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Must develop extensive product knowledge.
  • Must demonstrate troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
  • Must possess listening & phone skills.
  • Must demonstrate conflict resolution & de-escalation techniques.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must have a positive and professional attitude.
  • Must be able to work in a team-centered environment.
  • Must be open to constructive criticism, coaching and ongoing training techniques.
