QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of high volume healthcare recruiting
• Requires 1-3 years compensation experience, including developing employment offers.
• Prefer candidate with experience working in a unionized environment
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations related to employment
• Pass criminal background check and complete all compliance requirements
•Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
