About this job
Management experience in a high volume, customer focused business, three (3) years experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced in delivering specific performance feedback to direct reports
- Must be able to multitask
- Manage daily customer traffic through effective delegation
- Bilingual in Spanish would be helpful in this position
- Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and customers
- Must be able to lift push, pull and bend up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to endure repetitive bending and reaching
- Must be able to stand for long hours
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work inside and outside in extreme weather conditions
