Towne Park is looking for Hotel Valet Parking Associates to provide top notch customer service to savvy and well-traveled hotel goers. Our ever growing aggressive team is always looking to add “A” players to their talented valet roster, while working in a fast-paced environment and contribute every day to Towne Park’s most important pillar of success - “Building and Being a Great Team.”
Towne Park is America’s premier valet parking and parking management experts, offering an array of services for our client’s hospitality needs. Towne Park is 13,000+ teammates delivering specialized hospitality services to 750 locations nationwide, ranging from boutique hotels and sprawling luxury resorts to downtown healthcare campuses and local medical centers.
Job Description:
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Safely and promptly assist guests with luggage
• Pick up and deliver guest luggage during arrival and departures
• Maintain the provided uniform (if applicable)
• Operate vehicles carefully when driving, parking or retrieving vehicles
• Be informed about the location and surroundings to provide reliable information to customers
• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing welcoming and caring service during all guest interactions
• Performs all other job related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in English both verbally and written.
• Excellent driving record
• Comfortable with driving manual transmission (stick shift) preferred but not required
• Experience in being a Valet Parking Attendant- preferred but not required
• Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending
