Look no further, L-3 Communications - Westwood has the job for YOU! We are seeking an experienced E/M Assembler to support our growing efforts in Tulsa, OK.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
* The use of common hand tools and all/some of the following other tools: Crimping tools, impact wrenches, strippers, drill motors, battery powered tools, torque wrenches, band saw, and belt sander.
* This position entails both mechanical/electrical assembly and requires sufficient education and skills to read and interpret work instructions and/or blue prints.
* Assembles, install parts, components, hardware, wiring, or prepares it for further assembly.
* Training will be required for all/some of the following: Crane, forklift, Fluke Meter, Jigs.
* Following and understanding all rules of EH&S, Quality, DCMA, OSHA, and MSDS.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Communicate with team members for the efficient and quality production of each unit.
* Must be able to work overtime at a short notice, including Saturdays/Sundays and be able to maintain production standards.
* Other duties may include: Sanding, painting, warehouse, cleaning, inspection, stamping, silk screen, commercial jobs, moving items, counting parts, etc.

Your qualifications include the following:
* High School or GED
* Experience a plus, but not required.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, or stoop.
* Must be able to work from a stepladder.
* Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
