Full Time Lead Cleaner/Supervisor
5:00 pm to 2:00 am Monday - Friday
DMC Pediatric Hospital Clinton Township, MI.

Seeking a person who is customer focused and passionate about leading their team to success! This is a Full -Time evening/midnight position
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee a team of 2 housekeeping specialists.
- Properly train newly hired housekeeping staff.
- Implement and enforce rules, regulations and codes of conduct.
- Assign and Delegate tasks and ensure that company standards are being upheld by housekeeping staff.
- Perform some housekeeping duties.
- Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers.
- Inspect work of housekeeping staff and ensure that work is complete before housekeeping staff leaves the premises.
- Maintain supplies and request new supplies in a timely manner to prevent any work flow interruptions.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 or more years of Supervisor experience preferably in the cleaning industry
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment preferred
- Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate a team
- Great problem solving skills
- Attentive to details
- Customer Satisfaction driving attitude
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
