About this job

Seeking out a Project Manager to work with our team located in our Cape Coral, Florida office. We are a nationwide dispatch service for repairs & maintenance for retail stores.

 

We are seeking a manager that can handle a multitude of accounts where multi tasking is the key.

 

The ideal candidate will have past experience in plumbing/electrical/building repairs, coordinating service orders and resolving issues.

 

Note: Our business is to effectively resolve normal service calls (1-2 days) and emergency service calls (1-4 hours) quickly, efficiently and at a cost that reflects value to our Clients.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Electronically dispatch work orders to repair contractors, as needed

Call vendor technicians and locations being serviced to schedule and to confirm completion and cost for repairs.

Control pricing to ensure we have proper local vendor purchasing and adherence to client budgetary requirements.

Run daily reports

 

 

Qualification Requirements:

Acute computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.

A confident, highly motivated, proactive, extremely organized professional who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take direction and follow through with given tasks with minimal supervision

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work professionally and diplomatically with individuals at all levels

Flexibility to support major project deadlines

Proven decision making skills with the ability to distinguish simple issues from priority issues and act accordingly
