To produce a consistently good food product while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
- To cook menu items in accordance with Chef's specifications.
- To rotate food product and to ensure freshness of foodstuffs.
- To keep merchandise in place properly stocked at all times.
- To ensure work areas are kept clean and sanitized. All stainless steel is cook's responsibility for cleanliness.
- Uniform must be worn at all times: jacket, checkered pants, chef's hat, and an apron.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with hotel Standards of Grooming and Standards of Conduct.
- Perform any duty requested of you by your supervisor.
- Must always make guest satisfaction a priority within the guidelines of the Hotel
- Guest Satisfaction System. Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
