Outside Service Attendant - Part-time

SUMMARY: Assist in daily service to our members/guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet EVERY customer/member EVERY time you see them.Greet by name when possible.
• Assure all golf carts available to members/customer are neat, clean, orderly, and free of trash.Insure adequate number of carts for use each day.
• Inspect 100-yard zone for any trash throughout the day.
• Load and/ or unload golfers' bags on carts as necessary.
• Ensure range ball supply is clean and plentiful.
• Work with starter in service to players.
• Clean golf carts as they are returned.Inspect golf carts for damage as they return.Report any damage to the Golf Professional at once.
• Check gas levels (if gas carts) and perform daily safety check before parking carts at night.
• Park golf carts in an orderly fashion in the cart barn.
• Sweep Cart Barn.Empty all trash containers in cart barn and outside of the clubhouse.
• Keep parking lot and clubhouse (100-yard zone) free from debris.
• Perform preventative maintenance on golf carts, as required.
• As required, pick and clean driving range.Operate ball washer to clean range balls.Keep the range ball bins full.
• Rotate and inspect cart fleet daily.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Reporting directly to the shift supervisor in the professional shop.
