We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Shift Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

A Shift Manager is an individual taking the first steps into management. Shift Manager are proficient in all Team Member positions and are viewed as a leader among their peers. They are beginning to complete the Burger King required management training program and the necessary classroom/coursework to become a certified shift runner in the restaurant. Along with learning, Shift Assistants responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Ensures 100% compliance of top 12 critical
- Filling in a position chart that is properly balanced for operational excellence for a meal period
- Ensure all members of the team are meeting uniform and hygiene standards
- Ensure all kitchen stations are following Production Guides and Product Level System
- Ensure proper food preparation and handling procedures
- Communicate any personnel or operations problems to RGM and any member of the management team on shift
