Not only is Jersey Mike’s one of the fastest growing franchise systems, the Central Virginia Area Franchisee Group is also rapidly growing so we have great opportunities for career growth. We have one store opened in Charlottesville and one in development, tentatively scheduled for a Fall 2016 opening. We plan to continue growing the Charlottesville market and are looking for individuals that want to grow with us.  We have different levels of management opportunities available. 

Job Requirements

Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation, including:

• Store Sales
• Volume
• Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction
• Weekly / Monthly Inventories
• Profit Margin
• Team Building
• Community Involvement

Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager.
