JOB: SERVER DESCRIPTION

At Noble Oak, our servers don’t just take orders and serve food and beverages, they are responsible for taking our guests dining experience to the next level! As a Noble Oak server, you will be working in a fast-paced, guest-centric, team focused environment with emphasis on:

Demonstrating genuine hospitality
Guiding guests through a menu tour while highlighting our smoked meats, craft cocktails, and other specialty items.
Taking accurate orders and partnering with fellow team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations
Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
