Full Time BUS Dispatcher

Bergen County Limousine Company looking for an experienced SHUTTLE/BUS dispatchers. We are looking for someone who has experience working with multiple van and bus work per shift. You must have a very good knowledge of NYC and surrounding areas. Computer knowledge is a MUST as well.

JOB Responsibilities:

   Experience:

• Answer phones


• EFFICIENTLY assign jobs to drivers


• Monitor jobs with drivers


• Update dispatch screen w/ status of job


• Liaison between driver and passengers for current jobs


• Monitor driver during different phases of jobs


• Monitor incoming flights and traffic patterns


• Advise drivers of information

• Must be self motivated, prompt & responsible person by nature


• Office experience with multiple phone lines


• Strong computer skills using the Internet multiple windows monitoring GPS, Airline, traffic


• Fast and accurate typing skills and data entry experience


• Strong communication skills & experience dealing with corporate client


• STRONG multi-tasking & prioritizing skill required


• EXCELLENT customer service skills


• Knowledge of the Tri-State Area and All Major Airports is a PLUS


• Able to read and direct using maps & GPS
