Supervisor Seasonal Flexible Hours Including Weekends & Holidays
Position Summary:
The Aqua Supervisor main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction, Gust survey Summary and delivery of prompt, courteous, correct service. Overseeing overall operation of the Aqua Lounge Service to ensure profitability objectives are met. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising and counseling Aqua associates. Maintain all quality operation standards to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years food service or related hospitality management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Basic technical knowledge of restaurant/lounge operations
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
Skills:
- TIPs certification or other alcohol serves safe certification is required.
- Written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated hospitality skills.
- Able to work with teams.
