The Crowne Plaza Richmond Downtown Hotel is currently seeking to fill the position of a Lead Maintenance Supervisor. This person is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the working order, and appearance, of the hotel. Candidates should possess the ability to respond to emergencies and conduct monthly safety inspections throughout the property. Prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
This position requires strong technical knowledge in all of the following:
- HVAC and Plumbing
- Kitchen and Laundry Equipment
- Carpentry and Painting
- Electrical and Life Safety Systems
- Building and Grounds Maintenance
- Budgeting and Expense Control
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain staff
- Prepare scheduling
- Maintain day to day documentation.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Train (both technical and safety items).
- Hold monthly departmental meetings.
