• Preparing food to order according to recipe, procedures, quality and speed levels.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work area. Follows safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse work staff.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and meet the quality and consistency standards.
