If this describes you, we have a place for you at the new Four Points by Sheraton Richmond. Part of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Food & Beverage Servers to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Your responsibilities would include:  

• Delivers food and beverage items to the Guests in a prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous manner.
• Greets guests, answers questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Frequent Guest contact and high visibility in the dining room are to be apparent at all times.
• Observes guests and responds to any additional requests.
• Responsible for properly handling of cash and credit cards for all transactions within the restaurant.
• Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.
• Maintains a high level of food and beverage knowledge and ensures all menu items are prepared according to Hotel’s standards and expectations.
• Proper practices must be in place to ensure food safety.
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
