If this describes you, we have a place for you at the new Four Points by Sheraton Richmond. Part of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Banquet Captain to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Directly supervise and assist with the set-up of assigned functions, ensuring that the hotel's standards are met.
- Maintain close communication and works cooperatively with Director of Food & Beverage, the rest of the Administrative team, and co-workers to ensure consistency of services and the highest quality of operation
- Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness. Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to Manager. Instruct designated personnel to rectify any cleanliness/organization deficiencies.
- Inspect the scheduled function area/room for cleanliness, working condition and proper furniture/equipment set up; rectify any deficiencies with respective departments.
- Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards; rectify any deficiencies with respective personnel.
- Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
