The Crowne Plaza Richmond Hotel is currently looking to fulfill open Bellman/Shuttle Driver positions.
Essential qualifications:
- Valid (state) drivers license.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to drive all vehicle types.
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
- Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Upon arrival, greets and assists guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle and transporting to their room, personally carrying the luggage or using a luggage cart.
- Upon departure, assists the guest by transporting luggage from room to lobby, and helping the guest load luggage into vehicle.
- Responds to inquiries and promotes the hotels services, in person and on telephone, by explaining products/services. ---Provides the guest with up-to-date hotel information in order to enhance customer relations.
- Driving guests in the hotel van/vehicle to and from local destinations in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain the hotel shuttle; gas, oil, cleanliness; filling in daily van reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis.
