To that end, the Program Director role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.
IFCS is seeking a Program Director to oversee the operations of a large region within a state and implement the strategic direction for operations and ensures alignment with the state business goals and objectives. Program Director supervises the quality of services provided including implementing initiatives to improve quality. The Program Director may also manage a support functions team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to the region.
• Manages daily operations.
• Provides individual and team supervision for staff, including clinical, field and on-call supervision.
• Participates in individual and peer supervision.
• Manages the delivery of services to clients and families.
• Oversees administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel.
• Creates and implements marketing plan; develops business.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services field.
• Licensure in clinical services.
• Two years of management experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
