Ticketing and Guest Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Boston Duck Tours is hiring Guest Service Representatives for the upcoming 2017 season! Come be part of one of Boston’s premier attractions. We’re looking for passionate, hard working, enthusiastic people that love helping others and ensuring their experience before, during and after the tour is the absolute best possible. We love what we do and have fun doing it!

All Guest Service Representatives will work alternately at our Prudential, Faneuil Hall, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium departure locations. You will be working both indoors and outdoors fulfilling a variety of support roles.

Each location will require different responsibilities but may include:

• Accurate and courteous sale of Boston Duck Tour tickets
• Merchandise sales
• Answering Guests’ questions
• Setting up and cleaning work areas
• Stocking and restocking merchandise and information displays
• Directing Guests at the Duck Stop
• Talking with Guests while they wait for their tour
• Collecting tickets
• Boarding and disembarking Guests
• Cleaning the Ducks

Our compensation package includes:

• $12 an hour
