Requirements

Dickey's BBQ Pit is currently the fastest growing barbeque franchise in North America, as well as, the largest quick service restaurant chain.

We are looking for Team Members who can work hard but find joy in doing so, those who like seeing a smile on the customer's face, and someone who wants to be a team player. Overall requirements also include:

- Must be at least 16 or have a valid worker's permit
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a vaild driver's license
- Must be able/willing to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (Hours of Operation are from 11am to 9pm everyday of the week - Closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and remain standing for up to 8 hours.

This position will be cross-trained in all stations of the restaurant. It will require ultimate flexibility within the workspace as well as flexible availability with scheduling. All employees will start with no more than 20 hours per week but will have the ability to earn more hours as they progress in the restaurant.
