Deborah Farrington is Co-founder and Managing Partner of New York City- based StarVest Partners, LP, founded in 1998. StarVest invests in technology-enabled business services with a focus on software-as-a-service, e-commerce and internet marketing. Previously, she was CEO of Victory Ventures, a multi-strategy private equity firm, Chairman of Staffing Resources, Inc. and held positions in management and investment banking for Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Ms. Farrington is Lead Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of NetSuite, Inc. (NYSE), a Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Collectors Universe, Inc. (NASDAQ). She sits on the boards of Host Analytics, CrowdTwist, SnagAJob, Take the Interview and Xignite. She has been named multiple times to the Forbes Midas 100 List of top venture capitalists.
Ms. Farrington graduated from Smith College with a major in economics and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Ms. Farrington resides in New York City.
Habib Kairouz is a Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners, Inc. (www.rho.com), a private equity firm with $1.5 billion under management and offices in New York, Palo Alto and Montreal. Rho's business units span various classes of private equity investments, including venture capital, growth equity and buyouts in technology and healthcare companies (Rho Ventures, Rho Canada and Rho Acceleration), and fund investments in all classes of venture capital and private equity funds (Rho Fund Investors).
Habib is a General Partner in Rho Ventures, the direct venture capital arm of Rho, focusing on multi-stage investments in information technology, new media, telecommunications, alternative energy and healthcare companies. Habib is also a General Partner in Rho Acceleration, which focuses on buyouts in the software and digital media sectors. He is also a member of the Investment Committees of Rho Fund Investors, a private equity fund of funds as well as Rho Canada, an early stage venture capital fund focused on Canadian companies.

Marc Lederman concentrates on the Firm's growth equity strategy. Headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, NSC is a leading provider of private equity capital focused primarily in the MidAtlantic region. The Firm currently manages approximately $1.5 billion across four distinct strategies. Mr. Lederman has an extensive background in finance, investing, consulting and accounting. He currently serves on the boards of 3Pillar Global, Exegy, Snagajob, VelociData and VidSys.
Lederman is an active member of the MidAtlantic region’s private equity and venture capital community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance of Capital and Technology (PACT) and is a National Judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Lederman was selected as one of the Philadelphia region's “Outstanding Directors” in 2014 and “40 Under 40” business leaders in 2005. He received a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Lederman is a former Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Matthew Roberts served as CEO of OpenTable from 2011 – 2015 and as CFO from 2005 – 2011. During this time, the company’s restaurant customer base grew from 3,000 to 32,000 and cumulative seated diners grew from just under 12 million to more than 830 million. Prior to this, Roberts served in financial and management leadership positions for E-LOAN, NetDynamics and Berkeley Systems. He currently serves on the board of Quantcast, a leading provider of data-driven programmatic and digital advertising. Roberts received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Benedict Rocchio joined Baird Capital's Venture Capital team in 2000 and concentrates on investments in the Technology-Enabled Services sector. Benedict is a current member on the board of directors at Appcast, FullContact, Radius, Signal, StartWire, ParkWhiz, Snagajob and Wordstream. He has also worked directly with over 20 other investments of Baird Capital, including Axcelerant, ALI Systems, edo Interactive, HireRight, PayChoice and Sittercity. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Benedict worked for KPMG LLP in the information, communications and entertainment group within the assurance practice of the Chicago office, where he focused on the Software and Telecommunications sectors. He received his BBA, with a major in accountancy, from the University of Notre Dame.
